The 2020 Vitality Big Half
London Marathon Events is delighted to be able to offer charities an unrivalled opportunity to purchase guaranteed places in the 2020 Vitality Big Half. The event offers a unique opportunity for elite and amateur runners to take on the same course, passing some of London’s famous landmarks before finishing in front of Cutty Sark and celebrating their achievement with family and friends in Greenwich Park.
The event will continue to represent the diversity of London and give runners from across the capital and the UK access to a world class event across the half-marathon distance.

For The Vitality Big Half 2020 event we are offering charities two pricing options for places – One Year and Rollover.
- The One Year structure offers the charity places at the general entry price – £46 per place. Like general entry, if any place(s) go unused they will not be carried forward.
- The Rollover structure offers the charity places at an increased cost – £85 per place. This increased cost allows any unused place(s) to be carried forward if unused. The unused place(s) will carry forward for a maximum of three years.

You can enter The Vitality Big Half 2020 Charity Ballot via the button below.
The deadline to make an application is 17:00 on Wednesday 29 May 2019. Once you receive a confirmation screen, your application has been successfully received.
A random draw will be completed after the closing date and charities will be informed of the outcome of their charity ballot application by Thursday 6 June via email.
Please note: The requested number of places made by successful charities may be scaled down depending on the total number of entries requested. If you have not received your charity’s ballot outcome by close of play Thursday 6 June please contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org
We will also be offering community entries to eligible groups in 2020. To be eligible, you must be a local community group, organisation, sports club, school or local charity delivering benefits to your community in London. If your charity operates from the capital and supports only London residents, you may be eligible for a community entry priced at £10 per place.
If you would like to apply for these places, please complete our expression of interest form and one of the team will confirm your request within 10 days. Please note: national and international charities are not eligible to apply for community entries.
Virgin Money Giving
Virgin Money Giving is our exclusive online fundraising platform partner for The Vitality Big Half and charities that purchase places are required to make all reasonable efforts to encourage runners using their places to raise money through Virgin Money Giving.
